(1) The Government of Nepal may establish a movie screening committee or committees as needed to examine whether or not it is appropriate to grant a license to exhibit a movie. Each committee will have a chairman and members as nominated by the Government of Nepal.  They will remain in their positions until the period specified by the Nepal government.
(2) The chairman and members of the committee formed according to sub-section (1) will receive the prescribed remuneration from the person who wants to examine the film.
(3) The Film Screening Committee can organize its own procedure.
(4) The Government of Nepal may issue such instructions to the Film Screening Committee from time to time and it shall be the duty of the said committee to follow such instructions.
